With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley Diley of Columbiana, Ohio, born in Rome, New York, who passed away on December 4, 2020 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas McGonnell and Dorothy Barr McGonnell; and her siblings, Sharon and Gary. She is survived by: her husband Joe Diley of Columbiana; her children, Scott Belding (Lisa) of Youngstown, Steve Belding (Tony Cedeño) of Knoxville, TN and Krista Belding (Brenda Luggie) of Harriman, TN; her stepchildren, Barb Alleman (Lee) of New Cumberland, WV, Jon Diley (Maggie McDonnell) of Champaign, IL and Brandi Diley of Weirton, WV; her grandchildren, Aidan, Cayde, Maura, Connor and Kat; and her brothers, Tom (Sheila), Kenny and Mike. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; three indoor cats, and her herd of outdoor cats.
