He was predeceased by: his parents, Seward Williams, Sr. and Naomi Bilsky Williams; and his sister Sandra Regal. He is survived by: his wife Lottie Berresford Williams; his daughter Billie Jo Morlan of Salem; his stepchildren, Nathan Ward (Carisa), Adam Felger (Belinda Wilson) and Lisa Dodge (Mark) of East Palestine; his siblings, Paul Williams of Rogers, Dave Williams (Patty) of Elkton, Linda Williams of Elkton and Debbie Dyke (Bill) of New Waterford; his granddaughter Keegan Morlan; and his pet Sophia. He is also survived by 10 step grandchildren.
