It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Sarah Durkin of Columbiana, Ohio, born in Youngstown, Ohio, who passed away on March 25, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Durkin and Bridget DeVaney Durkin; and her siblings, Rosemary Durkin, Dorothy Walsh Durkin, Margaret Reali (Fred), Jack, Mike and Jim Durkin.
She is survived by: her brother Rick Durkin (Patty) of Ellsworth; her nieces and nephews, Jack Durkin (Gina), Brian Reali, Diane Durkin Petersen, Colleen Loney (Tom), Brigid Baker (Rob), Kellie Renfro (Jason) and Michelle DeLuca; and her sister-in-law Anna Mae Durkin. She is also survived by many great nieces and nephews and great nieces.
Due to Covid-19, private services were celebrated by her dear friend, Fr. Tom Ziegler at St. Jude Catholic Church, and funeral arrangements were handled by Higgins-Reardon Funeral Home.
