It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Irene VanHorn of Columbiana, Ohio, born in Alliance, Ohio, who passed away on October 10, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Dotson and Carolyn Flickinger Dotson; and her sister Carol A. Lewis. She is survived by: her husband Timothy J. VanHorn; her children, Timothy M. VanHorn (Annette) of Lisbon, Kerri Delo (Okley, Jr.) of Leetonia and Jason VanHorn of Salem; and her grandchildren, David, Nichole, Zachary VanHorn, Joshua, Dylan, Devin Mathes, Alek, Andrew, Abbey, Austin and Aaron VanHorn. She is also survived by ten great grandchildren.
