It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ruth Duwe (Columbiana, Ohio), born in East Palestine, Ohio, who passed away on January 18, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Nelson G. Gorby and Verna Knight Gorby; her son Harry Mackall; and her siblings, Richard Gorby, Vivian Arthurs, Polly Felger and Eileen Gorby.
She is survived by: her son George Mackall (Marcella) of Negley; her husband Herbert Duwe; her children, John Mackall (Kathleen) of Columbiana, Tommy Mackall (Janet) of Youngstown, Barbara Cantwell (Terry) of East Palestine, Joanne Sheppard (Donald) of Lisbon and Susan Glover (Patrick) of Clinton Twp; her stepchildren, Gregory Duwe of East Palestine and Sharlene Gallagher (Patrick) of Cranberry Twp; and her brother Stephen Gorby. She is also survived by 27 grandchildren, 50 great grandchildren, 10 great-great grandchildren as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
