He was predeceased by: his parents, John J Siembieda and Elizabeth Strauch Siembieda of Youngstown; his sister Geraldine Siembieda; and his wife Joyce. He is survived by: his children, Christine Lanstrum (Brian) of Parkman, Debra Butler (Harley) of Arcadia, FL, John Siembieda (Malinda) of Leetonia, David Siembieda (Shelly) of Austintown and Kevin Siembieda (Bonnie) of Hanahan, SC; his siblings, Donald (Patricia) of Youngstown and Mary Ellen of North Jackson; and his close friend Willie Sheville. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, monetary donations can be made to the American Welding Society Mahoning Valley Chapter to assist those wanting to learn the welding trade.
