He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Sr. Souder and Olive Stewart Souder; his wife Nancy Callahan Souder; and his siblings, Otto Souder, Jr., Ray Souder and Marilyn Wire.
He is survived by: his children, Susan Bradford (John) of Columbus, Tim Souder (Debby) of Columbiana and Jayne Ann Simmons (Tom) of Columbus, Ohio; his grandchildren, Ashley Booth (Adam), Sarah Schreiber (Andrew), Mariah Souder, Guy Simmons (Chelsea) and Beau Simmons; his great grandchildren, Annabelle, Roman Booth, Cecilia and Vivienne Schreiber; and his close friend Marge Cope.
