He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Blosser and Carol Blosser; and his sister Krissie Boss. He is survived by: his wife Mary Kay Ulrich; his children, Joel of Columbiana, Alysha Norbo (Jason) of Columbiana and Jason (Nicole Schulte) of Canfield; his grandchildren, Connor, Maylee, Kaylin, Luke, Alayna, Owen Norbo, Easton, Camden and Karina Blosser; and his sisters, Lynn Mays (John), Joanne Mercer (Craig) and Terry Wetherald (Tom).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks donations may be made in Richard's name to Leetonia Mennonite Church, 764 Columbia Street, Leetonia, OH 44431.
