She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Firestone and Thelma Mentzer Firestone; her daughter Betty Sue "Susie" Harrold; her brothers, Harold Firestone, Robert Firestone and Donald Firestone; and her grandchildren, Mandy Lynn St. John and Mick St. John.

She is survived by: her daughters, Sandra Heverly (Perry) of Leetonia and Karen Wightman (Eric) of Salem; her siblings, Doris Chapman of Columbiana, Carol Wright (Gary) of Columbiana and William Firestone of Sidney; her granddaughter Valarie Young of Canfield; and her great grandchild Mila Ronci of Canfield, OH..
