He is survived by: his sons, Eagle Scout, Ralph Burnett (Susan) of Columbiana and Stephen Burnett of Tellico Plains, TN; his grandchildren, Patrick Burnett and Alison Burnett; his great grandchild Kendal; and his siblings, William Burnett and Hazel Sams.
