He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville C. Bieber Sr. and Hazel Cool Bieber; his brother Douglas Bieber; and his children, Jack and Sally.
He is survived by: his wife Deloris Fiscus Bieber; his son Roy (Jeff); his grandchildren, Heather, Jason (Jim), Curtis, Melanie (Jack), Erica, Mary (Sally), Taylor (Bill) and Jayli (Susan); his great grandchildren, Baker (Curtis), Kylie, Logan (Melanie) and Dawson (Erica); his sister Audrey Bieber John; his sister-in-law Marilyn Fiscus Schall; and his children, William (Avion) and Christian. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, and cousins.
Dad had a soft spot for children so in lieu of flowers or gifts to the family, please consider taking your own children/grandchildren fishing, or go for a walk in the country enjoying God's gift of the outdoors, as Bill did with so many of his family and friends.
