He was predeceased by: his father Thomas J. DeCesare; his father-in-law George Hoffman (Claire); and his nephew Jaison T. Harris. He is survived by: his mother Mary Barrett DeCesare of Seminole, FL; his siblings, Tami Harris (Robert), Palestine, Janet Faber (George) of Austintown and Thomas DeCesare (Mia Cooney) of Kansas City; his parents-in-law, Katherine Hoffman of Pittsburgh, Debbie Hoffman (Louis Grieco) and Jeff Hoffman; his nieces and nephews, Gregory Harris (Katie), Mark Harris (Chan), David Balicki (Casara), Jeffery Hoffman (Sam), Matthew Hoffman (Brigit), Amanda Tharp (Corey), Allison Peters (Scott), Louise Smith (Chris), Chelsea Hoffman, Chloe Hoffman (Bill), Zoe and Grace Hoffman; his children, Nicky, Janet, Tami and Tommy; and his cousin Nicky. He is also survived by ses his wife and children.
