She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion Allen and Jewell Driver (McBride); her former husband Ralph Lattanzio; her husband Robert Stone; her brother James Allen; and her son Christopher Lattanzio.
She is survived by: her children, Rita Lattanzio, Ralph Lattanzio (Terri), Audrey Macklin (Troy), Veronica Hughes (Wayne) of East Palestine and Albert Lattanzio (Ronda) of Columbiana; her stepchildren, Kelli Beckman (Walter) of Raleigh, Stephanie Wilson (Robert) and Greg Stone of Sanford; and her siblings, Randy Allen of Sanford and Faye Reedy (Marvin) of Sanford. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren; and, several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Ruth's memory to the charity of one's choice.
