She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Burns and Kathryn Sweeney Burns; her nephew John Burns; her brothers, John F and Frank W. Burns; her daughter-in-law Janet McCarthy; and her close friend Gabriel Davis.
She is survived by: her children, Laurie Spencer (David Sr.) of New Waterford, Linda Olinik (Ken) of Greenford, Jeannine Santoro of Boardman, Susan Lindsley of Lakemore, OH, Patrick McCarthy of Salem and Kenneth McCarthy of California; her brother Patrick Burns (Marty) of North Lima; her grandchildren, Daniel, Dennis Kyser (Tess), Scott, Steve, Mandy, Nicholas, Savannah, Courtney, Douglas, Emily and Tristan; her great grandchildren, Madison, Lenna, Scarlet Kyser, Ayla, Peyton and Elliot; and her nieces, Carrie, Patti and Kristen. She is also survived by many other grandchildren, great grandchildren, and extended family and friends.
