She was predeceased by: her parents, Ferdinand Wellendorf and Amelia Shaw Wellendorf; her husband Robert Forney; and her siblings, Dora Clay, Florence Pittman, Harriett Campbell, Clarence Wellendorf, Omar Wellendorf and Ralph Wellendorf.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Forney of Columbiana, Mary Anne Snapp and Glenn Forney (Sarah) of Meridian, ID; and her grandchildren, Jeffrey Toker, Jessica Toker-Perry, Rob McBane, Audra Olinger, Zachary Forney, Evan Forney, Rebecca Forney and Rachel Forney.
A life-long area resident, she was employed as a practical nurse for 25 years at various nursing homes, including Parkside, St. Mary's Alzheimer's Center and Diamond Head.
