She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Keslar and Ruth Keslar (Pike); her husband Herbert W. Bortner, Jr.; and her sister Gayle Keslar. She is survived by: her siblings, Ernie Keslar (Janet) of East Palestine, Keith Keslar (Joyce) of New Waterford, Howard Keslar (Pattie) of Columbiana, Joyce Habeger (David) of Salem, Beverly Mannen (David) of Montgomery, TX, Beatrice Herbkersman (Neil) of Eaton, OH, Dawn Keslar of Woodbridge, VA and Terri Fetters (Mike) of Kent, OH; and her brother-in-law Thomas Bortner (Cindy) of Columbiana. She is also survived by nineteen nieces and nephews.
