He is survived by: his children, Debra Smith (Gary) of Salem and Jon A. Hoffman (April Broxton) of Columbiana; his grandchildren, Gary Lee, Pam, Mike, Zoe and Zane; and his great grandchildren, Cheyenne, Dakota, Garrett, Kadance, Hallie, Zachary and Noah.
