She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Benjamin J. Bixby and Betty Irene Bixby (Yarian); her daughter Taffi Franket; and her siblings, Janice Snow and Gary Bixby.
She is survived by: her sons, Sam R. Smith (Betty) of East Palestine and Ron D. Smith of Telico Plains, TN; her stepchildren, Scott, Troy Thompson and Nicole Schultz; her sister Diane Matheny of Orlando, FL; her former husband Gary G. Thompson; her grandchildren, KayD Horner (Charlie), Kaiden Smith (Miranda), Kayleena Smith (Anthony Martin), Kristi Cressman (Doug) and Olivia Gilmore; her stepgrandchildren, Ryan, Connor, Aaron, Tylor, McKenna and Kyrah; and her great grandchildren, Ellie, Logan, Xavier, Bentley, Callie, Finnegan and Raelynn.
