She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Forney and Alma Harp Forney. She is survived by: her spouse Lucky L. Lattea, Sr.; her daughter Christine Cross (Wesley) of Columbiana; her stepchildren, Wendy Lattea, Tammy Lynn Etto and Lucky L. Lattea, Jr. (Jessica); her sister Susan Joyce of Columbus; her grandchildren, Alexis Cross and Travis Cross; her niece Stephanie Fischer (Brandon); and her nephew Patrick Joyce (Heather). She is also survived by three great nephews.

Social distancing and mask protocol will be followed at the funeral home.
