He was predeceased by: his parents, James Clark and Helen Cross Clark; his in-laws, Frank and Marilyn Henry; his brother-in-law Ron Powelke; and his niece TeeSha Powelke.
He is survived by: his wife Paula S. Henry; his children, Mary Lou Crank (Jason) of North Lima, James Clark (Angela) of Alliance and Elizabeth Cole (Albert) of Leetonia; and his grandchildren, Brandon, Hayley, Kenneth, Madeline, Olivia, McKendra, Kylie, Martina and Emma. He is also survived by two great grandchildren and one on the way; several brothers and sisters-in-laws; and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requested donations to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
