He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen "Putty" Hall of Toronto Ohio and Kenny Cooper of Toronto Ohio; and his brother Andrew Hall. He is survived by: his wife Abby Biddle; his children, Jocelyn Hutton, Kloey Biddle of Evin, Wedlake, Alli Howell and Parker Biddle; his grandmother Andrea Cooper; his brothers, Matt Biddle (April), Todd Leasure (Alaina) and Michael "Sparky" Barnett (Erin); and his aunts, Lynn Poley, Cindy Cooper-Clary and Angie Wolfe. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and cherished friends.
