He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Howard and Lula Howard (Manns); his wife Roxanna Baker Howard (Connell); and his siblings, Ethel Howard, Maddie Colbra, Maxine Howard, Edna Beverly, Alberta Liebhart, Pauline Roberts, Pearl Reed, Charlie, Ernie and Melvin Howard.
He is survived by: his daughters, Tammy and Lori; and his siblings, Joyce Bach of Lisbon, Thelma Corathers of Alliance and Willie Howard (Margaret) of Leetonia. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
