We are sad to announce that on June 29, 2022, at the age of 58, Julie Ann Galchick of Columbiana, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Francis Patterson of Kingwood, WV and Jean Carol Brock (Cramer) of Terra Alta, WV.; and her stepparents, Charles Dean Brock and Betty Eline Seese Patterson. She is survived by: her husband Christopher Galchick; and her siblings, Jesse Patterson (Judee) of Niles, OH, Melissa Hayes (Richard) of Niles, OH, Matthew Patterson (Jennifer) of Mineral Ridge, OH, Ray Brock (Tracy) of Newbury, OH, William Brock (Cheryl) of Terra Alta, WV and James Patterson (Sarah) of Kingwood, WV. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be sent to Stark Memorial, P.O. Box 748, Salem, OH 44460 to help offset the cost of the funeral.
