He is survived by: his wife Barbara Thomas Pushak; his sons, Theodore "Ted" Pushak (Janine) of Cortland and William "Bill" Pushak of Columbiana; his sister Nancy Thomas of Aliquippa, PA; his granddaughters, Makayla Hojnacki (John) and Olivia Pushak; his brother Tim; and his sister-in-law Mabel Thomas.
