With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joanne Fowler of Columbiana, Ohio, born in East Palestine, Ohio, who passed away on March 15, 2022 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Miller and Constance Miller; her husband Danny L.; her daughter Linda Papania (Ralph); and her sister Helen Spear.
She is survived by: her children, Cathy Crabtree (Richard) of Westlake, OH and Danny W. Fowler (Jill Hall) of Lisbon; her grandchildren, Nicole Papania (Jean O'Toole), Dayna Pitzer (David), Allison Sayre, Kevin Crabtree, Shannon Crabtree-Neri (Marc), Emily Henry (Josh), Walker Fowler, Jessi, Tyler and Alli Hall; and her great grandchildren, Ava, Ella Sayre, Emma Neri and Graham Henry.
The Family is asking that any memorial contributions be made to the Joanne Fowler Memorial Nursing Scholarship at Salem Community Foundation P.O. Box 553 Salem, OH 44460.
