She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Grandstaff and Irene Grandstaff (Haney); her children, Cynthia Chaff, Billy Joe Whittington, Larry Whittington and Chris Whittington; her siblings, Beverly Jackson, Herbert and Bobby Grandstaff; and her grandson Bradley Graham.
She is survived by: her husband Vernon C. Whittington; her children, Debbie Graham (Sayre) of East Liverpool and Lonnie Whittington (JoAnn Taylor) of East Liverpool; and her grandchildren, Cassie Kohen of Fairfield, OH, Lori Ralston of Wellsville, Brian Bosworth (Laura) of Cleveland, Matt Bosworth (Debbie) of Cleveland, Jeff Graham (Jenny) of New Smyrna Beach, FL, Rachel Ignhat (Phil) of Toronto, Jacob Whittington (Angel) of Toronto, Amy Lamb of Chester, WV, Michelle Chaney of Chester, WV and Courtney Overdorf (Josh). She is also survived by eighteen great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, a private family service will be held with Pastors Kim and Bob Gadd of House of Prayer officiating.
COLUMBIANA - Jean Eileen Whittington, 93, of Columbiana, formerly of East Liverpool, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, April 12, 2020, at St. Mary's Alzheimer's Center.
