With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Meissner of Columbiana, Ohio, who passed away on August 30, 2022 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Henry L. Meissner and Mary Baxter Eckstein; his grandparents, Cecil and Olive Baxter; his wife Carol Weikart; his sons, Dana L. Meissner (Rebecca) of Columbiana and James B. Meissner (Joy) of Canfield; his half-siblings, Brenda Baddeley (Jack), Sharon Boughton (Jim), Patti Modlich (Linus), Barbara Plegge (Dennis), Christine Metzgar (Moe), Lori Meissner, Tammy Jones (John) and Mike Meissner (Lindsey); and his grandchildren, Benjamin Meissner, Julia Arnold (Caleb), Jessica Meissner and Carter Meissner.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the First United Methodist Church of Columbiana.
