He was predeceased by: his parents, James R. Garland and Betty Jo Garland (Littleton). He is survived by: his girlfriend Mary Jo Sikora; his children, Seth of Southgate, Megan (Tiffany) of Galloway and Nathan of Galloway Ohio; his granddaughters, Natalee, Emmalee and Alina; and his siblings, Connie Rhodes Sr. (Robert), Bonnie Rook (Raymond) and Mark Garland Sr. (Lori). He is also survived by ten nieces and nephews, twenty-four great nieces and nephews, and three great-great nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions to the Special Olympics.
