He was predeceased by: his parents, Lorin Hoffman and Dorothy Erwin Hoffman; his siblings, Robert Hoffman and Donna Monnot; and his children, Jack Davis, Jr. and Jill Gould.
He is survived by: his fiancée Linda Parker of Columbiana; his brothers, Ed Hoffman of Columbiana and Sam Hoffman of Minerva; his children, Lisa, Kathi Hoffman (Blaine Ritchie) of Salem and Wayne Davis (Candi) of Columbiana; his grandchildren, Michael, Wayne, Jr., Lily, Rachael, Roshell, Amber and Dani; and his great grandchildren, Olivia and Riley.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, social distancing guidelines will be followed, and masks will be required.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family to help offset funeral expenses.
