She was predeceased by: her parents, Elba Wilhelm and Laura Wilhelm; and her husband Carl E. Peterson. She is survived by: her son David Peterson (Yong) of Fredericksburg, VA; and her granddaughters, Michelle Diehl and Patricia Peterson. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
