He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Clemmer and Pearl Cline Clemmer; his former wife Dreama Whitman; his wife Hazel Ward; and his siblings, Emma Wright, William and Robert Clemmer.
He is survived by: his children, Melissa Clemmer (Stephen Surles) of Linden, VA, Gregory Scott Clemmer (Mary) of Chambersburg, PA and Timothy George Clemmer (Monica) of Salem; his sister Mabel Clemmer; and his grandchildren, Erica Huff (Glenn) and Krissy Clemmer. He is also survived by three great grandchildren.
