He is survived by: his wife Cherryl Cook Blinsky; his children, Dawn Blinsky of Austintown, John Blinsky, Sr. of Austintown and Greg Blinsky of Austintown; his siblings, Leroy Blinsky (Mary) of Poland, Ronald Blinsky of Poland and Rose Blinsky of Phoenix, AZ; and his grandsons, John Patrick Blinsky, Jr. and Hunter Wayne Blinsky.
