We are sad to announce that on December 19, 2020, at the age of 92, Evelyn Hisey of Columbiana, Ohio, born in New Waterford, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Smith and Eva Bevington Smith; and her husband Robert John Hisey. She is survived by: her daughter Barb Moore (David) of Columbiana; her grandchildren, Rebecca Moore of Youngstown and Scott Moore (Rachael); her great grandchild Bobby of Virginia; her sister Sarah Herbkersman (Howard) of Columbiana; her niece June McLaughlin (Doug); and her nephew Neil Herbkersman (Bea).
