She was predeceased by: her parents, George Mohr and Emma Mohr (McIntire); her son Andrew J. Pletenik; and her siblings, Richard Mohr, Margaret Knight, Coral Faddock, Florence Beike Clark and Georgie.
She is survived by: her husband Andrew "Andy" Pletenik; her daughter Barbara J. Roth (David) of Columbiana; her grandchildren, Jaysen Roth and Travis Roth (Gina); her great grandchildren, Mason, Kinslee and Preston; and her granddaughter-in-law Jennifer Roth.
