He was predeceased by: his parents, George Holisky and Mary Grunick Holisky; and his adoptive parents, Tony Andrich and Margaret Andrich. He is survived by: his wife Karen; his children, Bruce Holisky of Columbiana and Alicia Holisky of Salem; his grandchildren, Tanner'Pearl'Holisky and Gwen Holisky; and his sisters, Shirley Pullman of Columbiana and Patricia'Patty'Keller of Salem.
