He was predeceased by: his parents, Mervin Moore and Evaline Weigle Moore; his wife Joann Elizabeth Arras Moore; his son David F. Moore; and his brother Mervin "Joe" Joseph Moore.
He is survived by: his sister Marylou McDonald of Florence, AZ; his niece Marla Hum (Bob) of Columbiana; and his nephew Charles Huff (Beverly) of Columbiana. He is also survived by several other nephews and several great grand nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, March 25th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Columbiana Cemetery Chapel (347 E Park Ave, Columbiana, OH 44408).
