She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Kozicky and Betty Lou Kozicky (Staub); and her husband David Graft. She is survived by: her children, Deric Graft (Kristine) of Westerville, OH and Dana Graft of Willoughby; her grandchildren, Camden and Peyton Graft; her sisters, Brenda Kozicky of Eugene, OR and Carol Bolchalk of Kernersville, NC; her niece Anna Gross (Brandon); her nephew Joshua Bolchalk; and her great-nieces, Liliana, Iyla and Kinlee.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations may be made to Hospice House in Diane's memory.
