He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Heaver and Martha Heaver (Weaver); and his brother Randy Heaver. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Marie Ketchum; his children, Chris Heaver (Callie), Vicky Smith (Brian), Jamie Weingart (Carey), Ashley Sell (Brad) and Jeff Ketchum; and his brother Bruce Heaver (Cindy).
A memorial service was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Arbaugh-Pearce-Greenisen & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services (1617 E State St, Salem, OH 44460).
The family asks that in place of flowers, donations can be made to the Columbiana County Dog Pound or Columbiana County Humane Society.
