He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Justice and Kathryn Walker Wiselogle; his wife Catherine Nelson Justice; and his brother Robert Justice. He is survived by: his daughters, Barbara J. Dattilio (Ronald) of Salem and Susan M. Treep of Leetonia; his grandsons, Lucas Dattilio (Melanie) of Uniontown and Jacob Dattilio of Salem; his great grandchild Mallie Jean Dattilio; and his sister Judy Zimmerman of Indiana.
