It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dawn Ellen Kording of Columbiana, Ohio, born in East Palestine, Ohio, who passed away on December 1, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Donn Rowland and Wanda Munyon Rowland; and her brother J. Brian Rowland. She is survived by: her siblings, Cynthia Rowland of East Palestine and Jeffrey Rowland (Debra) of Leetonia.
