He is survived by: his wife Eva Ann Rhodes Weaver; his children, Timothy Weaver (Rachel) of Guatemala, Douglas Weaver (Rose Mary) of Columbiana, Joy Weaver of Columbiana, Elaine Martin (Kevin) of Ephrata, PA, Arlene Sweigart (Nathan) of Morgantown, PA, Janice Brandt (Justin) of Tolstoi, Manitoba and Anita Bender (Nathan) of Kippen, Ontario; his siblings, Ruth Anne Martin (Mahlon) of Cambridge Springs, PA, Joanna M. Neuenschwander (Harry) of Salem and Joseph Weaver (Elaine) of Columbiana; and his brother-in-law Steven Yoder of Homeworth. He is also survived by 41 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
