He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Moore and Jane Moore (Groom). He is survived by: his wife Barbara Hisey; his children, Rebecca Moore of Youngstown and Scott Moore (Rachael) of Poquoson, VA; his grandson Bobby; and his siblings, Barbara Dern of Columbiana, Diane Davis of Columbiana, Carolyn Bachelder of Shiloh, John of East Palestine and Philip of North Lima.
