We are sad to announce that on January 19, 2022 we had to say goodbye to Dave Cusick of Columbiana, Ohio, born in Tampa, Florida. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Cusick and Frances Rankin Cusick; and his brother Michael Cusick. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Jean" D'Altorio Cusick; his children, Paul Cusick (Nicolette), Eric Cusick (Joy) and Jennifer Strank (Matt); his siblings, Debra Day (Fred) of Austintown, Lorie Hajdu, Curtis, Brian and William Cusick; and his grandchildren, Gabe Cusick, Olivia Strank, Anthony Cusick, Matthew Strank, Julian Cusick and Jude Cusick. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
