He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward L. McCoy and Olive Virgel Black McCoy; his siblings, Kathleen Sheerer, Virginia Costello, Twilla Hall, Frances McCoy, Edward McCoy, Howard McCoy and Gene McCoy; and his stepfather George Miller.
He is survived by: his wife Regina L. Golden McCoy; and his sister Alice Hardie of East Palestine.
