With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charleen L. Mesmer of Columbiana, Ohio, born in New Waterford, Ohio, who passed away on August 9, 2022 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto Huston and Erma Lipp Huston; her husband Theodore "Ted" Mesmer, Jr.; her son Dan Mesmer; and her brothers, William and Ronald Huston.
She is survived by: her children, Judy Allender (Mike) of Canfield, Rick Mesmer (Patty) of East Palestine and Dave Mesmer of Boardman; her sister Helen Claypool of East Palestine; and her grandchildren, Kirsten Mariotti (Jerry), Amanda Miller (David), Kate Mesmer, Mark Mesmer, Jenna Allender and Payge Allender. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
