It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carmen Ruth Williams (Columbiana, Ohio), born in Sharon, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 8, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Rand David Williams. She is survived by: her sons, Mark Williams (Marnie) of Canfield, Lee Williams (Charlene) of Poland and Dale Williams (Patricia) of Papillion, NE; her sister Marilyn Houser of Osgood, IN; her grandchildren, Melanie, Jennifer, Drake, Alex, Christina, Stephen, Thomas, Amy and Jonathan; and her great grandchildren, Marleigh and Scarlett. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
