Carl R. Dodson Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carl R. Dodson of Columbiana, Ohio, who passed away on July 14, 2023 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, David Dodson and Evelyn Stratton Dodson; and his wife Jane Audrey Rapp Dodson. He is survived by: his daughters, Kimberly Mayer of Columbiana and Karla Van Fossan of Columbiana; his grandchildren, Courtney Wilson (Scott), Dr. Bethany Carilli (Stuart), Ashley Mayer, Autumn Van Fossan (Jenna), Sarah Van Fossan (Alexa), Justin Mayer (Valerie), Jacob Van Fossan and Benjamin Van Fossan (Heather); his great grandchildren, Nolan Hoaglin, Scott, Grady Wilson, Brendon Carilli, Kylie Dailey, Connor, Adeline Felger, Lucas and Kaley Mayer; and his sisters, Mary Jane Burrell of New Springfield, Patricia Cope of Columbiana, Dawn Rance (Paul) of Columbiana and Shirley Johns of Columbiana.
