He is survived by: his parents, Kyle Hoffman and Brittney Hoffman (Hileman); his brother Kameron; his grandparents, Ron Hoffman and Helen Minger; his uncles, Anthony Smith and Justin Hoffman; his aunt Rebecka Hoffman; and his cousin Carter Hoffman.
