He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Bill Turner, Lena and Fred Haldiman. He is survived by: his parents, Randy Lowers (Terri) and Kathryn Haldiman Linville (Jack); his pet Deshka; his children, Ashlee Tunnell (Gerred Boatwright) and Tyler Lowers (Haley); his brother Benjamin Lowers (Leslie Wagner); his grandchildren, Jackson, Liam and Emberlee; and his close friend Deshka. He is also survived by uncles, aunts, cousins, niece, nephew, and friends.
