We are sad to announce that on November 1, 2018 we had to say goodbye to Beverly Blackburn (Columbiana, Ohio), born in Leetonia, Ohio. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Delbert Shriver and Helen Shriver (Couchie); her spouse Fred Blackburn; and her grandson Zachary Elifritz. She is survived by: her daughters, Beth Elifritz (Lee) of Leetonia and Lisa Tolson (John) of Salem; her grandchildren, Andy Mead, Cody Mead (Ashley) and Nathan Elifritz; her great grandchildren, Madison and Evan; and her brother Rick Shriver (Pam). She is also survived by two nieces and her extended family.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations may be made in Beverly's memory to the American Cancer Society, PO Box 22478, Oklahoma City, OK 73123.
